Ingredients for 1 0r 2 people:

  • 1 cup of milk, preferably whole (you can also try liquid cream or milk cream)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 Oreo cookies (or otherwise), diced
  • 1/2 cup of coarse salt
  • ice
  • 1 Ziploc large size bag
  • 1 Ziploc medium size bag
  • Sprinkles, lacasitos or any other decoration that you want to put when serving

Fill the large plastic bag with ice and salt. Carefully fill the smallest bag with milk (or whipped cream or heavy cream), vanilla, and sugar. Seal the small bag ensuring there are no grooves left. Place the small bag inside the bag filled with large ice and seal the large bag tightly.

Shake the bag up and down (it is advisable to put on gloves) for approximately 10 minutes, until the ice cream is formed!

Take out the ice cream and mix it with the crushed cookies or with the filling of our choice. Sprinkle with coloured balls or whatever we like the most and eat immediately.
