4. Nubra valley

Nubra valley offers the tourist Arabian Night like experience from Sands. It is one of the top places of Leh Ladakh. It is tri armed valley to the northeast.

It is famous for its two-humped camel, you should visit the place to have a memorable experience. The best time to visit Nubra valley is in the autumn season between July to September.

 

5. Chadar Trek

Walking on a frozen lake is a next-level experience and is something new and adventurous. Chadar trek is an astoundingly beautiful place, in winters the popular Zanskar river freezes.

Experience the transformation of the river while trekking on it. It changes its colour when the sun shines directly on it and looks phenomenally beautiful and eye-catching. The best time to visit is from January to February.

 

6. Alchi

Alchi is a village located in the Himalayan region. The town of Alchi is the home to Buddhist monastery back 900 years ago. Alchi is a busy village located in the Himalayan region of Ladhak, in the valley of Indus River.

The model town of Alchi is home to an ancient Buddhist monastery. Enjoy river rafting at the place and discover the village life. Best time to visit is from June to September.

 

7. Thiksey gompa

It is at an altitude of 11,800ft. It is 12 story building with 500 monks residing in it. This has a large collection of a Buddhist monk, journal, scripts, stupas, and Thangka painting.
